THE TEAM

Adrien Toro

Head Coach & Chief Executive Officer
BsC Exercise Science - Health & Human Anatomy

With over a decade of hands-on coaching experience, Adrien brings a deep and practical understanding of how the human body moves, adapts, and performs. His journey has included extensive study under renowned Strength Coach Charles Poliquin, as well as formal training in Olympic lifting, CrossFit, and gymnastics. This broad expertise has shaped a coaching philosophy that blends the most effective principles from multiple disciplines to deliver lasting, measurable results.

Adrien believes that true health and fitness are as much psychological as they are physical—one can’t thrive without the other. His mission is to educate and empower the community, sharing lessons learned from years of coaching, training, and personal exploration. A lifelong student of human performance, Adrien is committed to continual learning, staying up to date with the latest research, methods, and training innovations to ensure his clients always receive the most effective, evidence-based coaching available.

When he’s not on the gym floor, you’ll find Adrien chasing waves, carving lines on a skateboard, reading, or spending time with friends. His active lifestyle outside the gym reflects the very principles he teaches: movement, balance, and enjoyment in every season of life.

LETICIA JAMES

BsC Commerce - Business Law & Management

Leticia graduated from the University of Western Australia with a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Business Law and Management. A lifelong competitor across multiple sports — from swimming, cross country, and athletics to state-level netball and representing nationally in rhythmic gymnastics — she has built her foundation on resilience and disciplined practice.

Her unique blend of legal and business expertise, paired with years of sporting achievement, enables her to merge strategy, leadership, and performance in a way that benefits both clients and the community. A strong advocate for strength training, especially for women, she believes it has the power to shape not only physical ability but also mental fortitude.

Outside of the gym, Leticia enjoys exploring local farmers markets, spending time with family and friends, and recharging by the beach.

ALEX CLARKE

Assistant Programmer
Certificate III & IV in Fitness

Alex is the Assistant Programmer at Station St. and holds a Certificate III & IV in Fitness. With over three years of experience in the fitness industry, Alex’s passion for health and performance began early, shaped by a lifelong love of sport and fitness, including competing at a high level throughout high school.

Dedicated to helping people achieve their goals — whether building strength, gaining muscle, improving endurance, or simply feeling their best — Alex works alongside Adrien to design and refine evidence-based programs that deliver results. His approach blends practical experience with science-driven programming to ensure every training session is effective, efficient, and enjoyable.

HANNAH SELLMAN

Coach
Certificate III in Fitness

Hannah brings a strong foundation with her Certificate III in Fitness, along with a passion for CrossFit, strength training, and Olympic lifting.

She believes training should be empowering, inclusive, and accessible to everyone, no matter where you’re starting from. Her approach focuses on building confidence through hard work, consistency, and celebrating progress over perfection.

Hannah is dedicated to creating a welcoming space where clients feel supported, challenged, and inspired to grow stronger both physically and mentally.

When she’s not coaching, you’ll find her walking the coast with her dog, traveling, snowboarding, or getting in her own training. Fitness is more than a job for Hannah — it’s a lifestyle, and she loves helping others experience the joy and strength that come with it.

JUSTIN CHINNERY

Coach
BsC Business - Sports Science & Business Management

With a sporting background in tennis and AFL, Justin first stepped into the gym four years ago and quickly discovered a passion for strength training and bodybuilding. That initial spark evolved into a deep fascination with human performance and movement, inspiring him to complete a degree in Sport Science and Business at the University of Western Australia.

As a coach, Justin values respect, inclusion, and open communication. He strives to create an environment where every member feels supported — whether that’s asking a technical question about training or simply enjoying a friendly conversation. He believes patience is key, recognising that every journey begins from a unique starting point, and focuses on helping clients know when to push forward and when to pull back. Along the way, he celebrates every achievement, big or small, with his clients.

Outside the gym, Justin enjoys exploring new restaurants, playing tennis or golf, and spending time with friends.

STELLA SHEEHAN

Coach
BsC Exercise & Sports Science

Stella is nearing the completion of her Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science and brings with her a strong passion for both strength and endurance training. Over the past three years, she has developed a science-based approach to coaching and personal training, ensuring her methods are both effective and grounded in research.

A committed lifelong learner, Stella actively seeks opportunities to expand her knowledge and skills. Her practicum placement at Station St. provided a valuable hands-on experience, allowing her to apply theory in real-world settings while learning from experienced coaches.

Stella believes in the power of training beyond the physical. She takes a holistic approach, focusing on long-term success and overall well being as much as performance.

When she’s not in the gym, you’ll likely find Stella hitting the books (for now!). Outside of study, she enjoys coastal walks, cooking, and spending quality time with friends and family.
