About Justin
With a background in AFL, tennis and soccer, Justin's passion for sport and movement led him into strength training and the study of Sport Science. After years of cutting through misinformation and learning what truly drives results, he built a coaching philosophy centred on simplicity and consistency: the basics, performed consistently and with intent, take you further than any shortcut or trend.
