About Justin

With a background in AFL, tennis, and soccer, Justin's passion for sport and movement naturally led him into strength training and the study of Sport Science. After years of cutting through misinformation and learning what truly drives results, he developed a coaching philosophy centred on simplicity and consistency. Justin believes that the basics, performed consistently and with intent, will take you further than any shortcut or trend.
