Yes. You can place your membership on hold for anywhere from 1 week up to a maximum of 8 weeks, as many times as you like throughout the year. This can be done from your app or by sending an email to hello@stationstreetfit.com.au.
Every trial starts with a 45-minute movement assessment with a coach. We screen your movement patterns through the squat, bench and deadlift, show you how to use the ergs, and explain how each of our classes works.
Yes. Classes are capped at 16 people, coached live - not an open gym floor. Your coach can see your technique and adjust it in real time, session to session.
Absolutely. Most of our members started with little to no experience. All we ask is that you keep at it and stay consistent. Basically, show up and we'll do the rest.
No. Our four programs are designed to complement each other, but you're free to pick whichever suit your goals. If you're not sure where to start, our coaches can help.
