What you'll do.
Following periodised 12-to-16-week cycles, you'll build strength and muscle through the major lifts: squat, bench, press, deadlift and power clean. The program develops maximal force alongside dedicated hypertrophy work, and you'll be coached through every movement, so your technique is as strong as your numbers.
Why blocks work.
Adaptation takes time. We program in twelve to sixteen week cycles because tissue, tendon and nervous system rebuild on different timelines. A cycle runs accumulation (volume), intensification (load), realisation (peak), deload.
