Adrien holds a wealth of knowledge about the human body functions. Over the last 10 years he has studied the work of Strength Coach Charles Poliquin, Olympic lifting, Crossfit, and Gymnastics. He believes that health and fitness is not just a physiological adaptation but also a psychological and one cant not work without the other. His passion is to teach and educate the community about his experiences with these modalities, as he believes they are the key to longevity. In his spare time Adrien enjoys skateboarding, surfing, golf and hanging with his mates.

Erin is a vibrant and passionate personal trainer with six years of experience in the fitness industry. At just 22, she holds both a Certificate III in Group Training and a Certificate IV in Personal Training.

She is dedicated to fostering a sense of community and making meaningful connections with her clients.

Whether working with children, adults, or seniors, she thrives on coaching individuals of all ages and fitness levels. As the founder of her own personal training company, ECpt, Erin combines her love for fitness with a charismatic and energetic approach, making every session fun and engaging.

Her personal passion for training fuels her enthusiasm, and she is committed to helping others reach their fitness goals with a smile.

Coach

Bay is an athlete with a background in AFL, basketball, and surf lifesaving. His passion for fitness has led him to focus on Hyrox training, where he competes at an elite level.

As a qualified Nutrition Coach, he emphasizes the importance of training, nutrition, and continuous self-improvement.

He values resilience and strives for personal growth both in and out of the gym. When he is not training, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as indulging in good food. His goal is to inspire others to achieve their own fitness aspirations.
