Founded in Cottesloe in 2018, we moved to Claremont in 2026, into a purpose-built space.

Getting here

The studio is on St Quentin Avenue in the town centre, around a five minute walk from the train station on the Fremantle line. If you're driving, there is free parking at the studio, at Claremont Quarter and on surrounding streets.

We open on 17 August 2026. Memberships are open now, at $89.95 per week with no lock-in - or try a 2-week trial first.

What training runs at the studio?

Four coached programs: Strength (twelve-to-sixteen week barbell cycles), Metcon (high-intensity conditioning), Capacity (aerobic engine work) and Mobility. One membership covers all four.
